The deposit is used to confirm your reservation, secure your place on the boat, and help us organize your diving trip as efficiently as possible.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Booking

• The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.

2. Deposit

• A deposit of about 40% (exact amount specified by email) is required for all bookings.
• This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.

3. Cancellation

• If you cancel less than one week before the dive, the full amount remains payable.
• If you cancel for medical reasons, we will do our best to reschedule your dive, subject to availability and without guarantee.
• If the dive center cancels (weather, safety…), an alternative date will be offered or a full refund issued.

4. Participation Requirements

• Participants must be in good health and will be asked to provide a medical certificate.

For a first dive, you will not be asked for a medical certificate unless you have a contraindication to scuba diving:

      – ENT (even as a child) / respiratory tract

      – Cardiovascular

      – Neurology / Psychiatry

      – Medication / Treatments

      – …

In this case, you will need a medical opinion.

• Diving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

5. Insurance

• The dive center is covered by professional liability insurance.
• We strongly recommend divers to have their own diving/accident insurance.

6. Equipment

• Included or rented equipment must be handled with care.
• Lost or damaged equipment due to negligence may be charged.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
